2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Le Palais d'Asie reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or collecting your takeaway order. Accepted methods: cash and bank card.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (68 Route de Lyon, 71000 Mâcon) at the time slot chosen when ordering. No delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
